Stay stretched, still and hydrated this year...

Give yourself a minute each day of stillness and your body and mind will thank you for it. Try sitting, lying, or lying with your legs up the wall, eyes closed and breathe.

Try cat/cow pose then child's pose before bed to help stretch out your stress of the day before you sleep.

Our bodies need water so here are some ideas to help you hydrate: Put a combo of any of the following (try what you are drawn to) into large jug of water and keep in the fridge overnight then drink the following day: Cucumber, mint, orange, strawberry, pomegranate, lemon, lime... have a play with the flavours you like.
